Since starting Le Cure, Steven has cycled the equivalent of the height of Mount Everest 5.35 times, and cycled around the m25 8.28 times! That's 47,361 vertical metres and 1,557 kilometres.

This is a photo of me at the top of the Cime de la Bonnette in 2017 as a Le Cure debutant. The shade disguises the pain etched on my face having climbed the highest paved road in Europe. That pain however does not compare to someone receiving a cancer diagnosis and that's what we are raising money to conduct research into. So having planned a sabbatical in 2020, I'm a late call up-preparation limited but the cause is still as great. I thank you for your sponsorship, it's really appreciated and will take us one pedal stroke closer to the cure.

Le Cure Highlight:

The "can do" approach by all involved-even more so in 2020

Toughest Moment:

Col de l"iseran in 2018, tank empty, reached the top and couldn't get off the bike unaided in the cold

Top Tip

Wear warm kit where necessary (see above!)
