Simon will be participating in Le Cure 2026 and will attempt to cycle 397 kilometers and climb 10,059 vertical metres.
Since starting Le Cure, Simon has cycled the equivalent of the height of Mount Everest 8.99 times, and cycled around the m25 14.87 times! That's 79,563 vertical metres and 2,796 kilometres.
Le Cure Highlight:
Finishing the final day, with the final climb to the top of Alpe d’Huez and the whole team cheering everyone over the line!!
Toughest Moment:
Colle di Lombardi - worst ever day on a bike - twice!!
Top Tip
Have plenty of clothes for the summits and the descents - it’s hot work on the way up, but can be bitterly cold on the way down!
