Len will be participating in Le Cure 2023 and will attempt to cycle 451 kilometers and climb 9,060 vertical metres.

Cycling Experience:

Regular Saturday rider - enough to earn a coffee !! Completed three MACA Cancer 200km rides in aid of the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical research. Also participated in the 400km Desert Dash in Namibia, last year. Thankfully in four-man team.

Biggest Fear:

The mountains ... none in Perth !!!! Also not keeping up with Peter Freeman !!!!!

Reason For Doing This:

Lost too many friends and family to cancer - we need to support the amazing research being conducted around the world to find a cure.The mateship during these events and helping to make a difference in fighting cancer - look forward (with a good deal of trepidation !!) to the ride.
