Le Cure Highlight:

There were so many cycling highlights. I really got to see what I was capable of, my bike handling improved so much in four days. I went in feeling like a bit of an imposter but left as a cyclist. The real highlight was the people. Such a wonderful group, fellow participants, event organisers and the support team. Riding to the foot of Mt Blanc, which was the finish line was pretty special.

Toughest Moment:

The event was littered with tough moments, the hardest was day three. My first real experience of pushing myself through deep fatigue. That feeling lasted all day, but I got there. A summit finish, did mean the day ended on a high and is now a fond memory of the whole event.

Top Tip

Every single km that you ride before the event is going to help. On the event, smile and soak up the experience.
