This year, Helen will be participating in single day Le Cure 2024 event and will raising money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Since starting Le Cure, Helen has cycled the equivalent of the height of Mount Everest 3.90 times, and cycled around the m25 6.50 times! That's 34,492 vertical metres and 1,222 kilometres.

Le Cure Highlight:

Finally, FINALLY reaching the top of Col de la Madeleine and then discovering there was a bar serving beer.

Toughest Moment:

The hangover on day 1, 2019.

Top Tip

The final climb of the day always hurts. Well, every climb hurts. Envisage the beer at the end and grind it out.
