Charles will be participating in Le Cure 2026 and will attempt to cycle 397 kilometers and climb 10,059 vertical metres.

Cycling Experience:

Some - but mainly confined to gentle Surrey hills.

Biggest Fear:

There are two: (1) Discovering that those gentle Surrey hills have left me woefully under-prepared; and (2) Heavy rain and/or snow - particularly on a long downhill section.

Reason For Doing This:

The charity (I have seen first hand the results of he Royal Marsden's research in operation) and the challenge.
