Curistas Return Home as 2016 Fundraising Passes £200,000

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated money to Le Cure this year.  We have passed £200,000 and counting and are well on our way to our annual target!

From the savage switchbacks of the Col du Joux Plane – described by Lance Armstrong as his toughest day on a bike – to the relentless steepness of Alpe d’Huez, via the oxygen-starved height of the Galibier, the ride was as tough as ever, possibly more so, as riders toiled away for hour after hour in 35 degree heat.

Congratulations to the Curistas.  No one left anything out on the hill and we are proud of each and every one of you.  We are pleased to report that everyone is home safe and (mostly) sound.

There is still plenty of time to donate to help cure cancer.

While we were out in France some exciting results from our first research fellowship were released by the Royal Marsden and reported by the Daily Mail.  You can read more about the work the incredible team at the RMH are doing here.
